Please read this Agreement carefully as it governs your use of the ezonedeal.ca website (the “Website” or the “EzoneDeal Website”).

1. Agreement Acceptance

This Agreement is between you and all persons you represent (the “user”) and Dhir Trading LTD (“EzoneDeal”), regarding access to and use of the Website. By visiting the Website you accept the terms of this Agreement as it reads at the time of your visit, and you represent that you have the legal authority to accept it. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Website. This Agreement and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, and any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Alberta sitting in the City of Calgary.

2.1 General Use. You may use the Website only if you have reached the age of majority in your province or territory and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

2.2 Linking. Linking to the Website without permission, or displaying the Website within a frame or iframe, is prohibited.

2.3 Copying or Distributing Content. Copying, distributing, mirroring, scraping or data mining of the Website or any of its content is strictly prohibited.

2.4 User Profiles and Login. Certain parts of the Website require a customer profile with a username and password. Your profile remains the property of EzoneDeal and may be suspended or cancelled at our discretion. We may change or update this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. By using the Website after a revised Agreement is posted, you accept the revised Agreement.

6. Errors and Omissions

We strive for accuracy, but errors, misprints, inaccuracies and omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct them, and to change or update products, services and related information, at any time without prior notice or liability.

7. Copyright and Trademarks

Dhir Trading LTD, the EzoneDeal logo, and other names and logos appearing on or in connection with the Website are trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos owned or licensed by EzoneDeal or their respective owners. Any use of these marks, except as provided in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

Access to and use of the Website is at your own risk. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. EzoneDeal and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from or relating to the Website or this Agreement.
