Goods will be supplied as shown on your order confirmation, which is sent to you by email.

We ship with Canada Post and UPS. Provided your items are in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of receiving your order and payment verification. Estimated arrival is typically 2–7 business days from dispatch, though delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

Our aim is to meet stated delivery timeframes; however, from time to time — particularly during busy periods — carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery (standard and express).

Standard and express shipping are subject to different fees. Certain goods (including large, bulky, or special-order items) and some rural locations may attract additional charges. All shipping charges are shown to you at checkout. Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for eligible orders, which is confirmed at checkout.

We will not be held liable for: late delivery where an attempted delivery has occurred on or before the stated delivery timeframe; or any parcel that has been signed for and delivered (regardless of whether you personally accepted delivery). We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any delivery option at our discretion.

If your order is delayed, we will lodge an investigation on your behalf with the carrier. Investigations usually take 3–5 business days for an outcome (excluding the holiday period). Please note: requests for refunds or replacements during the investigation will be declined pending the outcome from the carrier.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends and public holidays.
