1. Return Policy
1.1 Returns and Credits. Returns are issued as a credit on account and are not refunded to the original form of payment (exchange or credit only). Full credit is given for resalable merchandise returned in its original, unmarked, unsoiled packaging within 7 days of the purchase date, with office approval. No credit is given for merchandise returned after 7 days, for used merchandise, for merchandise that is not resalable, or for items with marked, labelled or soiled packaging. No credit is given on items that are discontinued, clearance, special-order, or otherwise marked as final sale.
1.2 Restocking Fees. 0–7 days from the original purchase date: 0% restocking fee, full credit given.
1.3 Defective Merchandise. EzoneDeal assumes no responsibility unless damage is reported upon receiving the shipment. Any damage caused by shipping must be noted on the waybill, and we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Manufacturer-defective retail product will be accepted and replaced for up to 7 days with proof of purchase.
1.4 Electrical Items. Electrical items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only; no returns, exchanges or refunds otherwise. Any appliance that has been abused or tampered with voids the warranty.
2. Credit Card Payments
The best way to purchase from the Website is by credit card. For a credit card payment we will ask for the information required for authorization and verification, and we cannot execute your order until those processes are cleared.
3. Charging Your Credit Card
As soon as your order is processed we apply the order total to your credit card. Once the order is shipped, a delay in shipment or installation does not relieve you of your obligation to accept the charges for that transaction.
4. Payment Disputes
In the case of payment disputes, if your credit card company refuses payment we may delay the shipment or cancel the order. We may deduct sums you owe us from any amount due to you, and we may recover reasonable collection costs, including legal fees.
5. Credit Card Security
We take credit card security seriously. We do not store credit card numbers on your profile; you will re-enter your credit card information for each order you place with us.
6. Shipping and Shipping Charges
Provided your order is in stock, we ship within approximately three business days of receiving your order and completing payment verification. We ship via Canada Post or UPS from the EzoneDeal location closest to the delivery address. Estimated arrival is 2–7 business days from the date of shipment. We do not ship or deliver on weekends and holidays.
7. Sales Tax
We collect sales tax from customers as required by provincial and federal legislation.
8. Prices
The price listed for a product is the price available at the time we receive your order. Prices may change from time to time, and pricing errors may occur, in which case the charge on your final invoice will be the correct amount. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of sales tax and shipping charges.
9. Limitation of Liability
EzoneDeal will not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this site or from the purchase and use of products available on the Website. Our total liability for all damages, losses and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product purchased on the site.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. The courts in Calgary, Alberta have sole jurisdiction and venue over any legal proceedings. For information about how we use personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.
